Le Verger Créole honors what grows, lives, and thrives in Mauritius — a reconnection to island flavors and terroir, to the connections that history once broke.

Our ingredients are sourced from the Ferney valley in the south-east, surrounded by native forest and volcanic soil. In partnership with grower Green Amelys, every fruit and botanical is premium-grade, chemical-free, and hand-harvested with care — picked seasonally with gentle methods.

The result is a living, breathing ecosystem of memory, creativity and connection, bottled into exclusive syrups that change with the seasons.
