Ingredients (for 1 cocktail)
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml Verger Créole Lychee Syrup
- 50 ml ginger beer (chilled)
- 15 ml gin
- Ice
For the rim:
- 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of chili flakes
- Lime wedge (to moisten the rim)
To Prepare
- In a small dish, mix the salt and chili flakes. Rub the rim of a chilled glass with a wedge of lime, then dip gently into the mix to coat (go light on the chili for the spice-cautious among us!)
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in the lime juice, lychee syrup, and gin. Then shake the shaker just for a short time, enough to mix the ingredients and make the drink cold.
- Strain into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
