Ingredients
- 3 passion fruits
- ¼ watermelon
- 3 ripe local mangoes
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 small ripe papaya
- ½ vanilla pod
- Juice of 1 orange
- 100 ml Verger Créole Curry Tree Syrup
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
Instructions
- Cut all the fruits into fine, even cubes (brunoise).
- Add the orange juice, the scraped seeds from the vanilla pod, the Verger Créole Curry Tree Syrup, and finely chopped mint leaves.
- Mix gently to combine. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving to let the flavours come together.
