Tropical Fruit Salad ​


A vibrant tropical fruit salad enhanced with mint and Verger Créole’s ginger and lemongrass syrup—a refreshing, bold twist on a classic dessert.


Fruit Salad with Verger Créole Curry Tree Syrup & Mint Dressing

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 3 passion fruits
  • ¼ watermelon
  • 3 local mangoes
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 small ripe papaya
  • ½ vanilla pod
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 100 ml Verger Créole curry tree syrup
  • 4 sprigs of mint

Cut all the fruits into fine small cubes (brunoise). Squeeze the orange juice over the fruits. Add the scraped seeds from the vanilla pod, the curry tree syrup, and the finely chopped mint leaves. Mix well and let chill in the fridge for at least an hour to allow the flavors to develop.
